Who Is She?
She is a Transformative Holistic Nurse,
​Multi Martial Arts instructor,
​Self Defense Instructor,
and Crossfit level 1 Traner
Focused on Movement,  Mindfulness, and Resilience​.

What does She Do?
Provides  fun, safety focused ways to get FIT while learning important Self-Care and Self Defense skills that leave you Physically Energized, Mentally Alert and Personal Motivated


Angela has spent more than 30 years caring for others as a holistic nurse and nearly the same number of years training and teaching the martial arts.
Now she has taken that passion for whole-body wellness and fitness and channelled it into her Business Babies Called Core Resilience and Fabulous FIT Fierce.
These Programs are designed to tone and sharpen in such a way that they empower with the knowledge and skills that lead to WHolistically active, safe, and aware Lifestyles.
  • She’s passionate about meeting individuals where they are and taking them to where they want to be.
  • She holds B.S. degrees in Nursing and Natural Science and an MBA (Health Services Administration).
  • As a certified Transformative Nurse, she is an expert in therapeutic touch, mindfulness, and movement.
  • She Holds a black belts in Karate, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and Aikido and is a certified Self-Defense instructor from the American Sports and Fitness Association.
  • She has achieved CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has served as a CrossFit judge,
  • She holds training certifications in non-physical crisis intervention and motivation techniques​ from ON GUARD Defense and Control Training Systems.​​​
Angela uses a three-step method to Coaching that includes:
  1. WHolistic Lifestyle evaluations to help facilitate mindful awareness in the management of day-to-day life.
  2. WHolistic mindset practices through education, coaching and Training.
  3. Functional Intentional Training Utilizing Mindfulness, Functional fitness, martial arts, self-care, self-defense, mindful awareness techniques, resilience-building activities — plus community resources.
What really sets Angela's Coaching apart is the focus on the importance of mindfulness as it relates to training effectively and safely while managing stress and lifestyle.

Angela’s sessions will lead to increased mobility and strength, energy, confidence, and awareness. For her, it’s
ultimately about training to not only defend the body, but also the mind.


Angela offers ongoing, group and private sessions.

She is also available for private virtual sessi
ons and consultations.

resilience and injury prevention. I want to help women live a life that works for them not
against them!"

Women with a self-sufficient mindset who are motivated and active gravitate towards her
program — especially when they want to minimize any fitness gaps or cross-train in self-
defense. Her clients include women of all ages — from teens to ageless learners — and all
backgrounds including beginner to advanced fitness levels.

honesty — as well as her quiet assurance that comes from her years of experience and
knowledge. But, clients love to work with her not only for that expertise, but also for her
