Provides fun, safety focused ways to get FIT while learning important Self-Care and Self Defense skills that leave you Physically Energized, Mentally Alert and Personal Motivated
Angela has spent more than 30 years caring for others as a holistic nurse and nearly the same number of years training and teaching the martial arts. Now she has taken that passion for whole-body wellness and fitness and channelled it into her Business Babies Called Core Resilience and Fabulous FIT Fierce. These Programs are designed to tone and sharpen in such a way that they empower with the knowledge and skills that lead to WHolistically active, safe, and aware Lifestyles.

Angela’s sessions will lead to increased mobility and strength, energy, confidence, and awareness. For her, it’s ultimately about training to not only defend the body, but also the mind. Angela offers ongoing, group and private sessions. She is also available for private virtual sessions and consultations. |

see that one of the main problems people were having was the lack of mindful awareness —either of what was going on around them or what they allowed to happen to themselves"

"So I wanted to prioritize that aspect of mindfulness, specifically as it relates to holistic
resilience and injury prevention. I want to help women live a life that works for them not
against them!"
